1. General provisions

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Red Line Oil Moldova online store available at redlineoil.md.

By using the website, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the website.

2. Registration and account

Placing orders may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

3. Placing orders

By placing an order, you confirm your intention to purchase the selected product. The sales contract is considered concluded after the order is confirmed by our manager.

  • Contact information may be provided incorrectly.
  • A technical error may affect the product description or price.

4. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Moldovan lei (MDL), unless stated otherwise. We may update prices without prior notice, but such changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the selected delivery option.

Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, and via MIA.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and the selected fulfillment method. Current delivery conditions are published on the Delivery page.

We make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or force majeure events.

6. Returns and exchanges

Withdrawal within 14 days. You may withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us your decision by phone or email before the period ends. The goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of that notice.

Condition of the goods. Goods are returned in the same condition, in their original packaging and with the factory seal intact. If the packaging has been opened and the product used, you are liable for any reduction in its value.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We refund the outbound delivery at the rate of our standard option; if you chose a more expensive delivery method, the difference is not refunded.

Refunds. We refund your payment within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, by the same means you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise.

A faulty product is a different matter. If goods are faulty, damaged or do not match the description, this is not a withdrawal but a quality claim: in that case we cover the return costs, and you may ask for replacement, repair or a refund under the Consumer Protection Law.

7. Intellectual property

All website materials, including texts, images, logos, graphics, and interface elements, are protected intellectual property.

Use of these materials without prior written permission from the rights holder is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of technical errors.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product concerned.
